To start the return process, please reach out to us via email inthebrickspa@gmail.com to explain the reason for your return, as per our policy. Please keep in mind that we cannot issue refunds for items that have been opened, and we are unable to accept returns for clearance items.

Once your return is confirmed, please ensure that you pack the items securely to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any products damaged while in transit.

Upon receiving your returned product(s) and verifying that they comply with our returns policy, we will promptly process your replacement or credit.

Change of Mind/Wrong Item Ordered:
