The ROLE

Massage therapist job responsibilities

This massage job is suited to a therapist who is confident in their technique, generous in their care, and comfortable working in a polished spa environment.

Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, including setup, sanitation and reset between guests
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across treatment rooms and shared spa areas
Uphold strict hygiene, safety and presentation standards at all times
Maintain excellent personal presentation and professional conduct
Deliver professional, attentive and consistent treatments
Communicate clearly with reception and other therapists to support smooth scheduling
Assist with general spa operations where required, including laundry, restocking and room preparation
On quieter days, assist with light hotel operational support when needed

Your skills

Who we are looking for

Our ideal therapist combines technical skill with a thoughtful, guest-led approach to wellness.

Massage qualification and relevant certification
Minimum 3 years’ massage therapy experience preferred
Experience in Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Foot Massage and Mini Facials preferred
Reliable, punctual and professional
Strong communication skills
Calm, caring and guest-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and within a small team
Willingness to support general spa operations when required
