Making a reservation is easy, and we provide multiple convenient methods for you to choose from. You can make a reservation through our website (spa booking and hotel booking), via email, by placing a phone call, or in person.
While walk-ins are certainly welcome, we highly recommend making advance reservations.
Upon check-in, our staff will provide guests with a consent form to be signed. Each of our massage rooms is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, and you’re more than welcome to bring your own clothes to change into after your massage. Arriving 10-15 minutes earlier would be ideal.
If you find yourself running behind schedule for your appointment, please make an effort to notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, it’s important to note that arriving late might impact the overall duration of your appointment.
We have a complimentary 48-hour cancellation policy in place. Guests have the flexibility to reschedule their appointments at any point up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without any charge. However, cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur a 100% charge. Additionally, a reminder for your booking will be sent via both text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment.
The sauna will soon be available, and all public areas are accessible to our guests. You are encouraged to bring along a companion to enhance your experience.
When it comes to clothing attire, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible during your visit. Please feel free to wear clothing that makes you feel at ease and relaxed.
All treatments are timed for the hands-on therapy only and do not include additional time for showering except Earthly Gem Package.
If you would like to shower before or after your treatment, please ensure you book a Bathtub/Shower Bliss session along with your treatment. This allows time and access to shower facilities.
While filming the entire treatment is not permitted for privacy reasons, we’re happy to assist in organising a short filming window of 1-2 minutes for special occasions only. If you would like to record a short video, please talk to our front desk staff.
Numerous one-hour parking spaces are available on the street, and we also offer on-site parking at the rear, dependent on availability. Kindly inform us during the spa reservation process to secure your parking spot.
For group bookings, massages can be accommodated for up to 7 individuals, while overnight stays for up to 10 people upstairs are possible, subject to availability. To arrange group bookings, please reach out to us via email or phone, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
If you’re arriving by car, we offer on-site parking in our backyard, although availability is limited. We strongly recommend reserving a parking spot when you book your spa service to ensure convenience. For those using public transportation, the nearest tram station is Queens Way/Queen Way#31, which is a brief 3-minute walk from our location. Alternatively, Windsor station is the nearest train station, reachable within a 10-minute walk.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, while a full 100% charge will be applied upon check-in for appointment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate pets in the hotel except for service animals. Documentation of registration and qualification of the service animal must be presented.
